RETURNS & REFUNDS
60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind our products. If you're not satisfied within 60 days of delivery, you can return your product for a refund.
How to Return
- Contact us first: Email Contact@solentherapy.com with your order number and reason for return
- Get approval: We'll review your request and provide return instructions (returns must be approved before shipping back)
- Pack securely: Products must be returned in original packaging with all included accessories (user manual, charging cables, etc.)
- Ship at your cost: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using tracked shipping—we are not responsible for lost returns.
- Inspection & refund: Once we receive and inspect the product (3-5 business days), we'll process your refund minus a £25 restocking fee
Refund Timeline: 7-10 business days after we receive and approve your return.
Return Conditions
Products must be:
- In original packaging (box, inserts, manuals, all accessories included)
- In like-new condition (minimal signs of use)
- Returned within 60 days of delivery
- Approved by our team before shipping back
We do NOT accept returns if:
- Original packaging is missing or damaged
- Product shows excessive wear, damage, or modification
- You did not contact us for approval before returning
- It's been more than 60 days since delivery
Restocking Fee: A £25 restocking fee applies to all returns to cover inspection, repackaging, and processing costs.
Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Use tracked shipping—we cannot refund or replace products lost in return transit.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Products damaged due to misuse or neglect
- Products returned without approval
- Items missing original packaging or accessories
WARRANTY
1-Year Manufacturer Warranty
All SOLEN products are covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects (not damage from misuse).
If your product stops working due to a defect within the first year, contact us at Contact@solentherapy.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We'll assess the claim and, if approved, repair, replace, or refund the product at our discretion.
Warranty does not cover:
- Damage from misuse, accidents, or improper storage
- Normal wear and tear
- Products used outside recommended guidelines
