  • By placing an order, you confirm you are at least 18 years old
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason

2. PRODUCTS & PRICING

  • All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable
  • Prices are subject to change without notice (but your order price is locked in once confirmed)
  • Product images are for illustration actual products may vary slightly in appearance
  • We make every effort to display accurate product information, but we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy

3. ORDERS & PAYMENT

  • All orders are subject to acceptance (we reserve the right to cancel orders if necessary)
  • Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments
  • You authorise us to charge your payment method for the order total (including shipping, if applicable)

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • We ship within the UK only (international shipping coming soon)
  • Estimated delivery times are 7-10 business days 
  • Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees we are not responsible for carrier delays
  • Risk of loss passes to you once the product is delivered

5. RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • All products come with a 90-day return policy (see our Shipping & Returns Policy for full details)
  • To be eligible for a refund, products must be returned in working condition within 90 days of delivery
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the return

6. WARRANTY

  • All products include a 1-year manufacturer warranty against defects
  • The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear
